Note:If your car without Aux menu you need to buy a adapter(please search the Asin:B08XXF2T5Q),othewise it will no sound.
Why no sound coming out ?
1)Aux Settings:Enter the Main Menu of the original car-Multimedia-select external devices-select AUX, and adjust volume + up to 20.
2)If your car without aux menu,you need buy a adapter to make the sound coming out ,please search the Asin:B08XXF2T5Q
why i can not access the original system?when I switch to car logo, the screen is blank ?
Please enter : Application- Car Info-Factory Head Unit Parameter Setting-Original menu Resolution adjustment(automatic)-confirm and reboot.
Note: if you car is CCC system, you need to select Original Menu Resolution Adjustment(Manual)-800x480 to fix.
The camera image is fuzzy, how to modify it? /Why I can not use reverse camera?
Please access Car infor-General setting-Rear Camera type (if your car with original backup camera please choose original rear camera,if your car with aftermarket backup camera,please select correct one (AHD or CVBS)
Can I still listen to AM and FM radio via BMW's original iDrive system?
Yes,you can listem AM and FM radio via your original idrive system
Does it use BMW OEM microphones or it have it's own microphones?
When you use the original car system you can use the oem microphone,when you use the android system our device come with built in microphone.
